Brad Broska: VP of Operations Aspen Ridge Senior Living

Brad is holding concurrent roles as VP of Operations and Administrator at Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi. Brad brings deep operational expertise as he has worked with seniors for more than 20 years. Brad has served as an Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, Regional Director of Accounting, and Currently VP of Operations for Aspen Ridge Senior Living. Recognized by the Utah Assisted Living Association, Brad received a Hero Award for his dedication to Senior Citizens in Utah. When not hanging out with Seniors, Brad loves spending his time with his Wife, 4 boys, and 2 grandchildren. He loves anything outdoors, traveling, fishing, and sports. Some of Brad’s favorite outdoor memories have been White Water Rafting, Deep Sea fishing in both the Atlantic and Pacific Ocean, and taking Maid of the Mist boat rides at Niagara Falls in NY.

Rachel Whitmarsh: Executive Director

Rachel is the Executive Director at Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi. She is grateful to work for a company whose values align with hers. She has seventeen years of experience in aged care with credentials from technical colleges in Australia and the USA. Rachel felt a special connection to the elderly from a young age, stemming from a relationship with her great-grandmother who lived until she was one hundred and three. After moving to the USA in 2004, she completed an associate degree with a Public Health emphasis, her CNA license, and Executive Director Certification for assisted living. When not at work, Rachel loves to exercise, renovate, and spend time with her family. She is married to a wonderful man, who helped raise four very independent children and is blessed with seven beautiful grandchildren.

Joshua Krohn: Director of Nursing

Joshua is the registered nurse here at Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi. He has been with Advanced Health Care and LHM for over 15 years. He is from Washington State, where he received his degree in nursing. He loves being a nurse, getting to know his residents and their families, and helping them remain independent and safe while living their best lives. He has a beautiful wife and three amazing daughters. When not at work he enjoys hiking, trail running, and spending time with his family.

Ami Kelsey: Office Specialist

Ami is the Office Specialist at Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi. She was born and raised here in Utah. After 16 years of being a stay-at-home mother to four wonderful children, she reentered the workforce and has over 15 years of experience in office management and Customer Service. Ami is in her third year of experience working with seniors and has found her calling. She has a special love for older adults and feels so blessed to be able to get to know our incredible residents. Ami feels Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi is a beautiful place with a light, uplifting vibe and she looks forward to coming to work every day. Ami has a wonderful husband and their blended family has 8 children and 5 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, jewelry making, various art projects, and of course spending time with her family. Life is good!

Conrad Quinney: Dietary Manager

Conrad has been in the restaurant industry for over sixteen years and loves every minute. He served a full-time LDS mission in Honduras Tegucigalpa. He is excited to be the Dietary Director at Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi and has enjoyed getting to know the residents. He loves that his job allows him to learn from our residents’ wisdom and understand the lives they have led. Conrad is the father of two children he loves catering for fun events with delicious food. He enjoys fitness, health and spending time with his family, especially celebrating holidays.

Camilyn Cook: Activities Director

Camilyn is the Activities Director at Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi. She loves working with the Residents and enjoys helping them find joy and purpose in their lives through socializing and physical activities. Her favorite thing to do is to take her residents out into the community & in nature on scenic bus rides. Camilyn has been serving as an activity director for 5 plus years starting with organizing and running a day program for adults with special needs and disabilities. She has been working with seniors in two different facilities, currently Aspen Ridge. She has worked as a CNA and loves the medical field. When not working Camilyn loves fishing, camping, exercising, and especially singing with a local women’s singing group. She has a wonderful & supportive husband and together they have raised seven amazing kids. She loves spending time with her 11 adorable grandkids.

Scott Kaskel: Maintenance Coordinator

Scott is a highly skilled and dependable maintenance professional with over 35 years of experience in the field. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, he takes great pride in delivering quality results. His hands-on expertise, combined with natural creativity, allows him to effectively solve problems and complete projects with precision. Organized and hardworking, Scott approaches each task with dedication and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of his professional life, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors—camping, riding dirt bikes and snowmobiles, and relaxing on the golf course. He also has a passion for building and operating RC cars, combining his technical skills with his love for hands-on hobbies.

Scott is known for his outgoing and caring personality, making it easy for him to connect with others. Above all, he values time with his family and cherishes the moments he spends with his grandchildren, creating lasting memories and sharing in the activities he loves most.

Adriana Miner: Resident Care Coordinator

Adriana is the Resident Care Coordinator at Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi. She is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a wealth of experience in skilled nursing, senior primary care, and hospice care. Since 2019, she has been passionate about providing compassionate care and building meaningful patient relationships. Adri takes pride in meeting the unique comfort and well-being needs of those under her care, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes spending time with her husband of two years and her family. In her free time, Adri enjoys golfing, skiing, reading, and baking, all of which bring her joy and balance.
